- Author registration deadline: 28 Jul 2026
- Each Full Registration (non-student) covers up to two papers.
- The cancellation fee is half of the registration fee.
- The full conference registration includes: Proceedings, Technical Sessions, Tutorials, Workshops, Welcome Receptions, Gala Dinner, Lunch and Coffee Breaks.
Note:
- You should update your EDAS profile to see all the discount options for IEEE/IEEE CASS members.
- If you are an author, you should do the registration in your paper’s page in EDAS. It will automatically link the registration to your paper.
- If you’ve already registered, the registration doesn’t link to your paper, you can go to your registration by clicking on “Register” menu in EDAS, and click on “Add paper to registration”.
